Welcome August!

Our month of sun, fun and Balance too. 

We love our beautiful outdoor sunny weather. No question about that. However, wait! Right around the corner, before we know it, will be coming the brand new, ever-exciting, always amazing, and, of course, extremely challenging new school year. Oh dear, oh no! What do I do now? 

Easy! Not so Easy 

As you probably know, advice comes to us these days from all sides, all the time, and at every level. “One expert tells you one thing, and then another equally important, similarly prominent, and even highly respected professional, comes along and recommends to do something else” so said a confused mom. “What are you supposed to do?” she asked. “Who should you listen to for advice?” 

You guessed it.

Stop. Take a break. Then Go ahead and find your way.
